Greeley, COLO. - The University of Northern Colorado cross country head coach Kevin Galbraith today announced the 2007 schedule.

The Bears open the season Aug. 31 at the Wyoming Invitational in Laramie. The team then travels just across Interstate 25 to compete in the Colorado State Invitational on Sept. 15, runs in the Colorado College Invitational on Sept. 22, competes in the Rocky Mountain Shoot Out in Boulder on Sept. 29 and will run in the Tiger Invitational in Hays, Kan., on Oct. 6.  After a two-week break from competition, the Bears travel to Missoula, Mont., to compete in the Big Sky Conference Championship.

The men's team returns only Charles Hillig from last season's team, while the women return Kellie Callahan, Denise Kintzley, Alison McIntire, Colleen Sanderlin and Michelle Snow from a year ago.
