In 2002-03 became only the 10th player in UNC history to score 1,000 points in a career and finished career at UNC as the program’s No. 10 all-time leading scorer with 1,004 points … finished career as UNC’s all-time leading three-pointer maker, knocking down 188 trifectas in his career, 16 more than anyone else in school history … finished fifth on career steals (107) and eighth on career games played (105) list. 2002-03: Played in and started all 26 games … was second on the team in scoring with a 13.2 points per game average … knocked down 62 three-pointers to push career total to 188, the most in school history … led the team in steals (45) and was second in assists (57) … nearly perfect at the free-throw line, hitting 76-85 (89.4%) including 23-24 (95.8%) of his attempts in the final five minutes of games … scored a career-high 28 points, thanks in part to hitting 13-15 (86.7%) at the free-throw line, in game against North Dakota State (Jan. 4) … canned 6-8 three-pointers on way to 22 points in victory at Western State (Dec. 17) … hit a three-pointer in 24 of the season’s 26 games. 2001-02: Played in 25 games during season, starting four contests …notched a season-high 15 points at Morningside (Feb. 1) … scored in double figures in three other games … shot 41.7% (25-60) from three-point range, including three games in which he connected on three trifectas … after struggling in previous seasons, became automatic at the free-throw line, connecting of 23-25 (92%) of his charity stripe attempts. 2000-01: Ranked ninth in three-point field goals made per game in the NCC (2.00/game) ... ranked 10th in the NCC in three-point field goal percentage (.424) ... played in 25 of 26 games and started 15 contests ... sat out South Dakota State (Feb. 16) game at home with an injured back... his 50 three-point field goal makes ranked him second on the Bears’ squad ... scored a season-high 21 points, including five three-pointers in a 79-75 loss at Morningside (Jan. 6) scored in double figures in 15 games. 1999-2000: Played in 25 of the Bears’ 27 games ... started three contests ... scored double-figures in 13 games including two 20-point efforts ... had 14 multiple three-point games ... drilled 48 percent of his three-point attempts, which ranked him third in the NCC ... ranked 9th in the NCC in 3-pt. shots made per game with 1.88 average ... drained game-winning three-point shot against Nebraska-Omaha (Jan. 29) with 2.4 seconds remaining in Bears’ first NCC win of the season, 64-63 ... led the team with a career-high 22 points in the victory at UNO ... tossed in a 20-point game at St. Cloud State on 7-14 shooting (4-7 three-point range) ... his three-point field goal percentage (.486) ranked No. 14 in the nation. 1998-99: Played in four games before his season ended with a broken ankle suffered in practice ... tallied 11 points on three-of-three shooting from three-point range in his first game in a UNC uniform against Fort Lewis (Nov 13, 1998) ... had five points and one rebound versus Adams State (Nov. 14, 1998) ... hit four-of-seven three-pointers in limited action.
