Is making the move to offensive line in 2004 ... big, bruising build will allow him to make the adjustment to the line and be a solid run blocker.

2003: Started all 11 games at tight end as a junior ... caught seven passes to rank second on the team among TEs ... caught a pair of passes at Idaho State (Sept. 13) and at home against Minnesota State (Sept. 20) ... tallied a season-long 17-yard pass reception in the Bears' 55-14 win over Adams State (Oct. 25).

2002: Played in all 14 games and drew one starting assignment (Oct. 5 at Nebraska-Omaha, 2 TE formation) ... caught at least one pass in eight games ... nabbed two receptions in a 31-14 loss to Montana (Sept. 14).

2001: Played in all 11 games as a redshirt freshman ... caught four passes for 12 yards on the season ... had a season-high two catches for five yards in the home opener against Adams State (Sept. 8) ... tallied three tackles on special teams and forced a fumble.

2000: Redshirted.

High School: Tabbed first team all-state (class A 8-man) as a linebacker by the Denver Post and as an offensive lineman by the Rocky Mountain News ... helped Caliche to state championship game as a senior ... also earned all-state honors as a junior ... played basketball and was named most valuable player of 1999 Colorado state tournament ...
