Joins the staff for his first year as a student assistant coach after earning four letters as a linebacker for the Bears.
2003: Started all 11 games for the Bears and ranked second on the team in total tackles (68) ... notched 11 tackles-for-loss to rank second on the squad ... tallied his lone interception of the season in a 44-3 win at Western State (Sept. 6) ... was credited with a season-high 10 tackles in the Bears' 41-0 shutout of Augustana (Nov. 15) ... selected to participate in the Whataburger Cactus Bowl on Jan. 9, 2004 ... notched three total tackles for the West squad in the game that was won by the West squad, 30-27 in overtime. 2002: Started all 14 games for the Bears and led the team to the NCAA Div. II semifinals and a No. 3 final national ranking ... was named NCC Linebacker of the Year ... earned NCC Defensvie Player of the Week honors as picking off two passes and tallying five stops in the Bears' 28-17 win over South Dakota State (Nov. 9) ... recorded a season-high 15 tackles in the double-overtime 27-24 win at Nebraska-Omaha (Oct. 5) ... made 12 total tackles in the Bears' season-ending loss to Grand Valley State in the NCAA Div. II playoffs.
2000: Played in all 11 games as a redshirt freshman ... secured at least one tackle in nine of the 11 games ... tallied a season-high five tackles at North Dakota State (Nov. 4) ... registered his first collegiate sack in the home finale against St. Cloud State (Oct. 28) ... credited with a blocked kick vs. Western State (Sept. 9). 1999: Redshirted.
