The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame - Colorado Chapter named junior linebacker Cristian Sarmento to the second team while junior tight end Ryan Chesla and senior center Jake Gable were honorable mentions.

Sarmento led the Big Sky Conference in tackles with 135, including 6.5 tackles for loss. Chesla had 37 receptions for 444 yards and four touchdowns in 11 games. Both players missed the final game of the season with injuries. Gable started all 12 games at center, and started all four years for the Bears.

Colorado's Jordan Dizon was named the Player of the Year and the Defensive Player of the Year, while Air Force running back Chad Hall was the Offensive Player of the Year, Jared Keating of Mesa State was the Special Teams Player of the Year and Joe Ramunno from Mesa State was named the Coach of the Year.

The 2007 NFF All-Colorado Team was voted on by the organizations board members and the sports information directors from each of the 10 Colorado football institutions.
