After playing two seasons for the Bears, Lenay Goble turns her attention to behind the scenes.
Goble played in 87 games in 2005 and 90 last season, but an several injuries have forced an early retirement for the middle blocker.
She will remain involved with the team as a student-assistant coach while finishing her degree in speech and language pathology.
Goble graduated from McClave High School in 2004 and became half of the eighth set of sisters to play volleyball at Northern Colorado as her sister Teale was an All-American from 1999-02.
She ends her playing career with the Bears with 315 kills and 93 total blocks.
