GREELEY, Colo. - The University of Northern Colorado volleyball team continued its commitment to community service with a recent trip to Plumb Farm for Baby Animal Days, an event that drew hundreds of local youth to the farm to learn about the animals.

The women were given information about each animal beforehand - including what they eat, how old they are, and their names - and were able to pass that on to the children as they held and petted the animals. Included in the menagerie was a miniature horse, turkeys, calves, a piglet, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, bunnies and hamsters.

Plumb Farm is located on 10th St. and 39th Ave.
